@evamarie It is ok thanks - nice and quiet. Not been great for a while but I am getting there. How are things for you?

Things have been wild the last month, loads of change happening and about to happen. The partners at the firm I work for have broken up and my division is in jeopardy. So, very soon, I’m starting the job hunt. I’m being proactive about it because, despite HR trying to smooth ruffled feathers, I can see the writing on the wall.

@evamarie That's a good plan. No job is guaranteed especially these days of low-cost resources abroad.

This is why I tell anyone that will listen: always keep your job skills up to date, even if you think you're in a totally stable position with a completely stable company, the world is not a stable place. I also like to have side hustles. 😹
