The pre-loaded debit cards went out to more than 100,000 people.

@evamarie Will it be taxed? As I understand it, unemployment is but stimulus checks aren’t.
@evamarie This is the “‘bubble Up” economic theory that helps both human beings and businesses, rather than GOP supported “Trickle Down” theory where Trump gives hundreds of millions to corporations and they keep the money.
