I can’t quibble with any of the series listed as the top 10 book adaptations on TV, and was happy to see both Justified and Mindhunter on the list.
But no “Wolf Hall”, the BBC series based on Hilary Mantel’s book?

OTOH I'm glad when there are so many good options that we get to argue about which is best!
Wolf Hall was a BBC series based on the early Court of Henry VIII, told from Thomas Cromwell’s POV and starring Damien Lewis, Mark Rylance and Claire Foy. Here’s the PBS synopsis of the show:

It was beautifully done, in every regard. The book Wolf Hall won the Booker award as well as the National Book Critics Circle Award for Fiction so the source material is brilliant, too. My only beef with the list you posted about best TV adaptations of books in the last ten years was leaving this gem off the list.
A great list. I recommend them all (except Magicians, which is unfamiliar).
I was very thankful for the Wolf Hall adaptation. I had so much trouble with the book. Tried to read it 3 times and just couldn't. Everyone raved about it.
You know, I did get through Wolf Hall and although I loved the subject matter I intensely disliked her writing style. I’m glad someone else had a tough time with the book, too. 😂

My understanding is the second one is easier. I haven't attempted. I too love the subject matter but am happier watching than reading this material.
