The Arizona Abortion Access Act has officially qualified for the ballot under the title "Proposition 139." The Arizona Secretary of State’s office, led by Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, confirmed that more than 577,000 valid signatures were collected—far surpassing the 383,923 required to secure a place on the ballot.
