@AskTheDevil The cannon is always there, though, due to the power dynamics -- even when you're reasonably sure it'll never go off.
@estherschindler The cannon is there because it was put there. Because we accept a system where that's the case.
@estherschindler Maybe that's a terrible dynamic for anyone to work under, and we shouldn't have to live in fear of a cannon going off at work.
