And now my brain is noodling the idea of a "Standard Bridal Party Contract". In short, it states that since members of the marriage party regularly have a significant person and financial obligation, they are therefore entitles to a split of 1/3 the marital assets should the couple not stay together for a minimum of 20 years. Of course, this can be negotiated if there are significant factors in the dissolution of the marriage.
