Hive Mind: If you use recipe-centric websites/food communities, what do you look for? Assuming that most such sites have decent-to-good recipes... what else makes you like one better than another? What makes you loyal?

I'm not looking for responses here about random web searches. But sites and apps that are your go-to destinations.

@estherschindler A) Pictures of the finished product are a must, and B) having the ingredients list and basic recipe directions in one short bullet-format section.

I'm sure the 10,000 word missive about your spiritual journey across Tibet searching for the perfect kale vindaloo is fascinating, but I have people to feed now! Maybe I'll read it later.

That said, my go-to is still allrecipes.com simply because there is sooo much there.
