Hive mind: At some point, many people will return to office life, at least part time. How do you think that'll affect work behavior and the tools for it (Slack, Zoom, etc.). What product features would you hope the vendors would add in preparation for that eventuality?
[Note, this isn't meant for discussion of "I'm never going back!" Looking for input for soon-to-be-hybrid teams.]

@estherschindler We already had a mixture of remote and in-office staff. The proportions are all that's changing. :)

Meetings, even in meeting rooms, involve Skype.

@estherschindler related to hybrid teams, we’ve been using comm tools that make accessibility to work so much easier for disabled folks. Get rid of those previous excuses used to gate-keep and block hiring of disabled folks. Also, just cause we have Zoom doesn’t mean it should be the default comm device for teams. I can’t even count how many times I’ve been frustrated by managers insisting on a zoom meeting that could have easily been an email chain.
