Hurrah, I have a new monthly column at PCMag.com. I will write articles that help women do cool stuff in tech and business – a topic that’s near-and-dear to my heart.

@estherschindler My new office has a fair number of females in the IT areas. Sadly, this is the most I've seen in on company at 10... of 150 other IT people.
I'll read your article on this and give it to our HR area,they are always looking at ways to help bring in more than one specifics.
