Which of "Biden's people" do you imagine to possess the power to summarily "throw people in prison" for "violating the Constitution"?

There are a lot of missing steps in there. Sound like crazy nonsense to me, but maybe I'm missing some nuance here.

Are you aware that Trump is facing four trials in courts that, should he be found guilty, DO have the power to imprison him, and Congress has nothing to do with any of it?
