What sucks is that ridiculous Supreme Court decisions like Citizens United just build on equally bad legal precedents that came before them, like Buckley v Valeo.
It'd take forever to fix these things through our legal system, which is totally owned by our oligarchs, too many of whom are insane right-wingers.
And it's just going to get worse while the SC is run by radical Christian fundies.
Other than that, everything's great, no complaints really.
@esaeger that is exactly it, eric. I know youve heard it 1000 times already, but thats one of the reasons Im pushing my campaign for potus. It will just get stonewalled otherwise.
I dont believe Im qualified for congress or senate really. I could be in a matter of time, of course. Potus has a lot at their disposal, especially public influence. Lol. Could you imagine the strength of a president that created unity in the US?
