I've been quite absent on here lately and I just want to hear back how everyone who follows me on here is doing lately, with a special thought to my good friend @NiveusLepus

@NiveusLepus You have to know that when I was a child I always wanted to practise martial arts but sadly at the time asthma has clipped my wings. There might be the chance of fill this void in the future, not sure at 100%, and this will be the first step

Personally, Id say things are on the upswing, work is going well, and I'm getting back to my workouts and what not.
The world continues to frighten me, but that seems to be what it does.
