For today's here is a pic from the Setra website of one of the buses of the new Setra S 515 LE bus, which is part of the brand new S 500 LE MultiClass series @researchbuzz. I'll be honest: while the front view is good looking, the side looking is more meh

@elleci42a I was JUST THINKING I had not seen a Luca bus in a minute. I love that color, that orangey bronze.

I'm looking at the side. Hmm. The way the door is and the way the back windows are cut higher than the more forward ones make it look kind of mismatched to me.

@elleci42a (I kind of like the hubcaps, though, they look like old fashioned fire alarms)

@researchbuzz I agree, there are low entry buses that better dissimulate the difference between the front part that has got a low floor and the rear part that has got a normal floor

@elleci42a Is that what you object to? That it looks like they stuck two different bus parts together? (Because that's really what it looks like, lol)

@researchbuzz Yes, exactly. Looks like they welded together two parts from two different buses lol

@researchbuzz In this pic there is another low entry bus that better dissimulate the floor difference, the Iveco Bus Crossway LE. This one in particular is the Crossway #1483 of TPER Bologna in an undisclosed location on a rail replacement bus service

@elleci42a Both of those buses look more sensible, all of a piece, more than that other one. I like all y'all balconies too πŸ˜‚

@researchbuzz The other bus behind the Crossway is a Mercedes-Benz Citaro O530 C1 Ü (Ü stands for Überland, literally Interurban) and it was operating on the same rail replacement service FYI

@elleci42a I figured they were not the same, even someone like me could see the windows and the front were designed very differently, yeah?
