For today's #CoSoBuses post here is a kinda unique bus, the Irisbus Proxys. It mounts a Euro 5 FPT Tector 6 Diesel engine (6 cylinder, 5880 cc, 162 kW/220 PS) and a 6-speed Iveco 2865.B6 manual transmission. In the link below here is the Irisbus Proxys #322of SETA Modena at the Modena bus station about to start a run on the extraurban line 500

@researchbuzz I have to admit that this is a rare bus to see so I don't know much about it and about the original livery...
@elleci42a Oh so the livery buses are more usual, yeah? But this is a fairly recent picture, isn't it? I saw a passenger wearing a mask.
@researchbuzz Yes, it was recent. Now that I think about it this Irisbus Proxys was purchased in 2010 by the predecessor of SETA Modena and it had a different livery, a blue-gray one
@elleci42a It looks very stark next to the other buses you've shown me. For a moment I thought maybe it wasn't in service, but it had a passenger and that logo on the front.
@researchbuzz And also the destination display turned on with the line on it
@elleci42a I can't read Italian, though. That might have said LEAVE ME ALONE I'M GETTING A PAINT JOB for all I know. π
@researchbuzz Soliera and Carpi are the principal towns of the line while βFSβ means βFerrovie dello Statoβ in short and it's referred to the Carpi railway station where there is a bus stop where all the Carpi urban lines has to stop and also for the extraurban lines
@elleci42a Now Luca I think you're trying to confuse me.
Almost every time you send me a bus it has some really nice livery.
Now you send me a PLAIN bus, and not only that the bus BEHIND IT is plain! Why's that?
