Yum.🤤 Nana was saying, you can put whatever the hell you want on top. Almonds look good, but pecans rule here.

I use 3 different nuts on a tray (batch) when I make these. I use chopped walnuts, sliced almonds & chopped pecans. Love all 3 on it. These things so good with the cookie type crust. When I take out of the oven I put 8 regular size Hershey bars on top & let melt, then spread & then put all nuts over top & spread around. Then stick in frig till cool enough to cut into squares. I also make bourbon
balls & sand tart cookies every Christmas along with these, lol
