@elaineylacy2 How did you do a video save of it?
@LoriWasGeorgy Because I bought this https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/ for my laptop & paid a one time price for it for a Lifetime. I LUV it. I can record stuff & can can convert stuff to MP4 & MP3 & all kinds different things lol. So fantastic!
@LoriWasGeorgy Mine is the Wondershare UniConverter
@elaineylacy2 It took me about 3 hours but I did it. I adore this. I only did the free trial, but I love this.
@LoriWasGeorgy With paid plan you can get rid of that writing, lol. If you LOVE Wondershare & being able to download vids from YouTube & also convert after downloading to a better quality it is worth the money to buy a one time lifetime plan. That way on a new laptop you will still have & features better & getting rid of writing & all. :)
@LoriWasGeorgy Enjoy Ur swimming. I live in the East so only 62 degrees here. Quit work a bit early today. I'm lucky as I work at home. Can work in PJ's lol unless it is a day doing a conference call. HeHe! Hoping Ur shot helps you out good. Have a great day.
@LoriWasGeorgy Made it to 74 degrees here on Wed. so warmed up after I had told ya in the 60's. Yes I'll have to try counting backwards, Ha! Maybe in a few minutes when I count sheep & crash. Having a sleepless nigh. Hope sheep counting works. Have a great Thursday. :)
@elaineylacy2 thank you! I didn't go to the YMCA after all, but I did spend about 3 hours out in our little pool in the back yard. My back pain went from an agonizing 8 down to a 2. I had to make myself NOT do too much. So, I got in the pool, on the float and floated, while doing abdominal crunches for my upper, lower abs and obliques. I always count backwards when I do exercises. It seems easier that way. Try it next time you're counting.
