Not very good looking but very good tasting. This is steel cut oats, quinoa, and chia seeds cooked with coconut milk, a little water, and blueberries. I add some honey, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Breakfast for the week.

I’m making overnight oats in Mason jars with oats, almond milk, chia seeds, blueberries and a little cinnamon - same idea-:)
