GFDI... We transitioned part of my job over to a new DevOps team (which was correct, those duties should be DevOps) but of course they're using completely different methods, and the whole team is out today for different reasons, and I need to upgrade an instance - of course all my upgrade methods don't work right, and they don't have their method documented yet...
