I went to a Kendrick concert recently.
Teanna Leonne definitely suprised me, I dunno if I regret not knowing about their music but he put on a show that made me look into him.
Baby Keem delivered amazingly, and it was confusing that so few people stood up, and that people were missing out because of showing up later.
I did not care about the wait when Kendrick finally showed.
Continued.
The lack of an encore, or just saying that the last song was an encore was dissapointing. Leaving the lights off while people shouted and then hearing "Every second, every minute, man I swear that she can get it" would totally be a cherry on top, but the band making the title track extra long was nice.
There's no denying he was a showman. Kendrick made everything hype and focused on making a full experience, as per everyone's expectations. I'm coming back whenever possible.
@edward789121 I saw Kendrick a few years ago. Amazing. He did an extra long set because Sia, who was his opener and co-performer, was out with the vocal cord injury.
I wish I had seem Kendrick pre-Big-Steppers because he missed a few that had to be sacrificed. The sacrifices songs were well picked so i'm not dissing the setlist, but I wish I had seen Swimming Pools, Sing About Me, P&P, Rigamortis, i, anything else from To Pimp A Butterfly, King's Dead, Mask Off Remix, Poetic Justice, THP5, and No More Parties In LA.
It became hard throughout the show to look at the actual performer instead of the screen I noticed.
The interlude wasn't hype at all too.
