And its how i manage to block ads showing - DNS blocking, using Mulvard service, along with few extensions works for me streaming via chrome on ChromeOS - when an ad is meant to show screen goes black for a millisecond if any

You can block ads from showing 😉🤫
I do it on a few streaming services i use, UK streaming services, and prime video is one i use and haven't seen one advert since they started showing ads - watching via browser though >> casting to TV - can't block if watching via individual TV apps or individual apps on devices - only works via browser
