Setting up Cloudflare’s DNS on your device

macOS

Pull up System Preferences > Network
Click on your Ethernet or wi-fi connection and select Advanced
Click DNS, and clear out (minus sign) all the entries in the DNS Servers section
Click the plus sign and add 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 for IPv4, or 2606:4700:4700::1111 and 2606:4700:4700::1001 for IPv6
Click on OK, and then click on Apply. Close the Network window and restart your browser

WikiWand adds an easy to use table of contents to the side of the screen, easier to read typography, and a handy preview on hover feature. For the most part, it's about an aesthetic change, but the table of contents makes it a lot easier to quickly browse an article. Of course, WikiWand isn't the only option for skinning Wikipedia, but it is one of the better looking ones.

Save Open Tabs in Chrome

To save all open tabs in Google Chrome on Windows, macOS, Linux or a Chromebook use the Settings > Bookmarks > Bookmark All Tabs option:

This will prompt you to enter a name for the folder of bookmarks (i.e. your saved tabs). Pick something memorable or descriptive here so that you know what the collection of sites are when you go need to find it at a later date

We’re not sure what’s happening here but apparently, you can now listen to YouTube videos with the screen off. It’s possible with a simple hack that starts with sharing from the YouTube app to VLC

After a reset, you’ll now have the option to simply click a small “X” to the right of any URL suggestion in the omnibar to remove it as a quick suggestion moving forward. No shortcuts, no keyboards, no weird settings.

At this point, you should restart the browser to apply the new settings.

Once you open the browser again, open a New Tab page. Now start typing in the field, you will notice that the search box is now working on its own. Moreover, Chrome is no longer redirecting the search to the address bar
