@SpaceShanks you can curve it yourself. Or I could take orders and get them made but they gonna probably cost around 100 a piece
@MrGoat @SpaceShanks what i do is bend them myself, when new, and insert it inside a mug and leavr for thirty minutes or so
That way the curve is almost perfect and stays
On occasions id even wet that part of the hat then bend insert inside a mug leave to dry

Using the mug helps and slightly wetting it first can be better also - try dry 1st though if it springs back try slightly wetting it - my method half fill my sink with water then stick bill in for a few seconds bend it repeat another two/three times >> into mug leave 😉
