I agree with you...Putin is holding the leash. I don't think he "called" because it gives the appearance that he's standing off while all the other global leaders all to congratulate trump. Now, America relaxes- putin didn't even call!
This will be a huge issue- that's why Biden's rushing to get as much shipped out to Zelensky now. I think trump's been ordered by Putin to just walk away. And Musk will support it bc it will cut a big chunk out of that budget he's in charge of. 😱
