I'm sure not all believed it in they areas and some no-doubt would - I'd even say some mighta believed it then changed their minds because they eventually seen for themselves what was happening to help
Can't lump everyone into one box and label them unless you have actually spoken with them all - might just be your experience because you know a few or seen some complain that doesn't mean everyone thinks like that right?
