I still have recurring DON'T BLINK flashbacks in nightmares.
It was a brilliant concept- stone angels, the dark, blink, the horror!
those were the days, my friends. we thought they never ended.
they ended.
can't even watch doctor who anymore.

Best episodes of the new series has to be Stephen Moffat episodes
I did like some of RTD's episodes especially nearer end of series I like the fact he brought an old enemy back and the way he has made some curious about older series's - that said he does seem to be trying to re-wright the whoniverse in his vision which I can see backfiring a lot for the show

I don't think he got over the fact BBC went with moffat as lead writer after RTDs 1st series with Eccleston wasn't as successful as BBC hoped - it took me year before I even watched that 1st reboot series srsly I watched the next two series's with Tennant before circling back to watch Eccleston series - and tbh that series is probably the worst I've seen as a whole - again it did have its + side the "bad wolf" throughout I liked which set up future episodes
That makes sense... I loved the Eccleston series- as a stand alone- enjoyed his hardcore masculine version & The Love Story (i know, i know).
But I jumped right into David Tennant immediately. Loved the way they solved the dilemma by creating their own universe for Rose & the Doctor.
I appreciated Matt Smith- but he was so hyper & quirky. Rose could never have loved him... neither could I. Good acting- I watched all the episodes.

I liked "BOOM" but that was the only Stephen Moffat I saw. RTD has just turned me off... don't know if it's his ego or inability to let go of control because it's not making the series better.
