YouTube gives more users the power to call out fake news and misinformation

YouTube notes feature is similar to Twitter’s Community Notes; it allows users to call out misinformation on the platform.
Google started testing this tool in June, and it’s now inviting more users to fact-check its videos.
@ecksmc Excellent! I have been reporting videos and comments for false info, glad they are taking this concern seriously!
@ecksmc I hope they have measures in place to address abuse of the tool. Cause taht's going to be abused by a lot of people I feel.
