Several loyalist protestant parades are due to take place on the same day as an Irish Republican march is being held in Glasgow next month.
Various Royal Black chapters have given notice of 10 parades in the morning and late afternoon.
On the same day, the Friends of Irish Republican Prisoners Welfare Association is holding a march from the East End into the city centre and back.
Well this should just be fun and games
These marches are often a source of tension (and are now subject to stricter controls as a result), with each side accusing the other of supporting Northern Ireland-based paramilitary groups such as the Irish Republican Army and Irish National Liberation Army or Ulster Volunteer Force and Ulster Defence Association
They should be out and out banned IMO
Orange walks & republican marches have no place in Glasgow that said the orange walks get special treatment that's for sure
