Customers are being prompted to instead choose the cheaper Standard with ads, or the more expensive Standard or Premium 4K plans
I'm on the standard with ads plan and really you don't get that many ads - in fact most of the time you don't get any ads showing - I've had Netflix on right now since 11am playing stuff and I've seen one ad - for the price it's worth it IMO £4.99 compared to £10.99 for no ads every penny saved helps these days
So, if you have considering getting Netflix but haven't I'd suggest getting the standard ad plan as really you don't see a lot of adverts
Sidenote:
I do only watch on Chromebook via browser, PWA, my ad blockers, VPN service, DNS filters might be hindering Netflix ads a little - watching on TV via an app or other apps might mean seeing more ads
You might not get same experience as me is what I'm saying 😆
