Russia’s February 2022 invasion of Ukraine has led to growing concern over security risks associated with Kaspersky

Kaspersky has denied the allegations, claiming that they’re politically motivated. Obvs not like they'd admit it now.

Along with the US, government agencies in Germany, Italy, Lithuania, UK and elsewhere have now also warned consumers and operators of critical infrastructure about the potential security risks of using Kaspersky software.

Kaspersky is still highly respected in the cybersercurity world and apparently employees are well respected, "the company employs many talented members of the security industry"

Well, some will say it is

But all it really boils down to for personal computer users is Choose security software you can truly trust 💯 % - or as I usually say trust 90% then if you are let down you won't be fully disappointed since you left 10% doubt
