I'm standing by my original hunch that reviewers have a quota of rejection to fill up and they reject apps randomly over some arbitrary concerns to meet it.

If you are using CoSo via browser, instead of App, clear cache and cookies and you'll see the new report flag at bottom of each post that J has added

If the flag is not showing for you in the App clear all app data and log back in the flag will show
