Auto-Updates Over mobile Networks on/off using this command
update_over_cellular enable update_over_cellular disable
ChromeOS doesn't update the system while you are on a mobile network in background the way it does when on WiFi(broadband)
It's the same as on Android. you can turn automatic updates over mobile/metered wifi network on or off using they commands
