OpenAI's response is fairly short but quite devastating, as it contains several emails from Musk which indicate that he knew about OpenAI's plans to go for-profit, and that he suggested for the company to merge with Tesla. OpenAI's blog post, authored by co-founders further claims that Musk wanted "full control" of the company.
