think YouTube have fuck't up their own ads system by trying to block ad-blockers lol
over past month i have been getting NO ads when watching stuff on YouTube Via android app - a few days over the month i have had a few ads show
i have been stopping the app by force closing and clearing app cache every other day
been watching YouTube vids for hours now and not one ad has shown on android app
on laptop this method still seems to work
Question...is it YT ad crap that's causing issues with posting YT videos here?

if it's not seeing the YouTube card so you can play it in CoSo then J said it is something to do with caching
that said, and i have always had to do this on CoSo even before the YT ad stuff, if you expand the post. reply to the post, or ⭐ the post the youtube card will appear << not always though

That's exactly what I was referring to.
I do all those silly tricks and as you said, it's hit or miss.
