Using adb command to have access to clipboard in Android
https://github.com/clipto-pro/Android/issues/11
it is a choice for users to allow apps access to clipboard and considering android OS doesn't have a built in clipboard history feature you do need an app for that
Tasker and Join betas bring back clipboard monitoring on Android 10
where there is a will there is a way
you can also implement this for any clipboard history app < or a high % of them

should work now
while i am on clipboard stuff
don't use ditto from win-app-store it doesn't work for some and it has less features than installing the software version
i have used ditto for years way before win10
install from here
i use join for pushing clips between devices but that doesn't keep all clips within app unless i keep all notifications pushed
i need another clipboard app on all devices that saves all clips like dito for win10 and clipboard history pro for ChromeOS
clipboard history pro have an android app also but it's a subscription charge
Android auto clipboard monitoring stopped with android 10 so, most clipboard apps for android don't work so you do need to copy then open the app for it to work
