my chromebook doesn't have any android ability cause old
but i'd still do the PWA over installing apps if it did
you can basically do it with any website you want

cast as full desktop or cast as tab only
tab is best unless you are not multitasking and need to see full desktop

and you can do the same on Android via chrome browser
open website tap three dots top right and "add to home page"
you will then see an app icon show in the app drawer for the site
sets a site as a PWA and gives you an app experience for that site without installing an actual app
