you can switch to "domain list" and every site you visit mostly all domains found will be toggled "on"
set a "hotkey" for the extension then you can check what is toggled on/off by default

you can set your own "hotkey"
also use the

tool for sites read all the results you get back for sites
then check your privacy badger and OptMeowt extensions and make sure trackers are blocked
by blocked i mean toggled on for OptMeowt extension
privacy badger you can block
OptMeowt sends a request to not sell/share data to sites
