recent android OS update on a device I found a CQATest ApK in system apps
"It is capable to identify a production system's strengths and weaknesses in quality control by using various evaluation techniques. So, the CQA test is a quality monitoring app that used by the manufacturer. As to the users, it's not entirely disclosed, you neither can uninstall or disable it"
disabled that bitch
settings > apps > all apps > *3 dots top right* system apps > disable that fucker
FTR
you can actually open the test app
by typing
*#*#2486#*#*
into keypad via dialer app like making a call
personally I disabled it after checking it out
and here is a bigger list of android codes you can also play around with by typing them into the dialer app
