@ecksmc I'm a form believer that when people in Hollywood get "famous/rich enough" the people around them just stop telling them things like "no", "that doesn't sound like a good idea" or "who are you making this for? Because it's not a current day audience." That's how you end up with "The Irishman" & Once Upon A Time in Hollywood. I a fan of someone telling rich people "no".

@AvaSpeaksUp i liked the Irishman there was a story there

once upon a time in hollywood there was no real storyline there

no real plot

irishman was good imo

@ecksmc to me it was just a rambling amalgam of other gangster movies, but in a blender & spread thinly on white bread. The real (massive) shame of that movie was they hired some really brilliant women actors who are at the top of their games... then used them as barely little more than scenery. Hardly any lines & very little in the way of interesting discourse. Worthless waste of talent!!

@AvaSpeaksUp 🤣

well i am assuming all actors know way in advance how much air time and lines they get

didn't to take the job right??

Follow

@AvaSpeaksUp btw only laughing at the bread line

not women actors
