Had just one goal today, get a shower. Finally achieved it. I’m sure that sounds unfathomable to many but it’s become my reality due to #ChronicPain. The weather the past few weeks has made things worse but has finally turned around. Pedicure on Sat and massage on Sun should get me back to good.
