Ya know I've been paying attention to the right wing or equivalent movements around the globe. This is extremely frightening. I'm seeing what's happening in France. I'm seeing what's happening in England. I'm seeing what's happening in other countries around the world... it's not just the United States anymore

Reminded me of this: back in 1998 I was involved in a serious accident with a very large pick up truck that had a raised metal tube for a bumper - if I hadn't unbuckled my seatbelt and laid down in the seat just before it hit the side of my car it would have cut me in half - even the cop said good thinking...

This happened in Western NY - miraculously NO ONE was injured...

And then there's the people that are STILL saying "speak English or get out of USA". USA does NOT have an actual official language although SOME STATES do recognize English as so.
Next: "Americans drink beer & eat meat & own guns". What about people from across the world who do any of that? Are they "honorary Americans" for enjoying a good steak with a Guinness that own guns?
See how stupid it gets? So sick of this foolishness when it comes to this kind of stuff. Sorry it just irks TF outta me!

It's been very pleasantly strange thus far this year because normally it's non-stop fireworks all month long around me and this year it's been very quiet...

Wait a minute I got a better description for today (for me at least). Since we are losing our independence I'm going to consider today the day when everybody becomes fans of the Buffalo Bill's and wear red white & blue colors
