Hope everybody had a great Monday... mine was pretty awesome indeed... no back problems at all and the night went pretty smooth

@arthurpendragon The real thing that gets me is after all the pain I went through and being bedridden all weekend here I am at work whereas one of my teammates gets FMLA and 100% abuses it and even admitted it but they can't do anything to him about it...

@tifroggie sorry I forgot to mention in marching band we played a lot of songs from The phantom regiment and the caballaros (which seemed pretty fitting because our band's name was the Cuba Cubaleros {Cuba NY})

So far so good tonight. I was really expecting to have problems with my back but that hasn't happened. I did get a scare though. I slowly bent down a little while ago and felt a very quick sharp pop in my back and suddenly I had more movement than I had all weekend... I hope it stays that way because it's actually been a very quiet night... Hope everyone else is having a good Monday so far

@Museek @_txgal I felt this 100%... Minnesota couple replies about not being able to defend oneself around family, then I can attest to that as well when my father was really super sick My sister would not let me speak to my father and then when he died I wasn't there to say goodbye I don't know if I can ever forgive my sister for that because she continues to lie about it even though I had friends who were right there with me when it happened (I had her on speakerphone)...
