If you're new here from Twitter, what do you think of CS so far? I've been looking at a few alternatives and so far, it holds the most promise. (Well, when it's not crashing under the load, anyway.)
@dsilverman Relative n00b here too. I've found this to be the most engaging and social of the alternatives I've tried. Settling in here has been pretty easy.
@dsilverman it's decent.
I like the fire hose feed to interact with those I'm not following.
It'll grow in me useful ways as the base increases.
I'm doing this one and one other new site for now.
@dsilverman definitely needs a bunch more features, feels very bare-bones for now, but I'd say it has potential. If people stick to it it could become really good
@dsilverman it feels gentle
@dsilverman Still trying to learn to navigate my way around the site and am, frankly, finding it all a bit confusing. I’m patient, though.
@dsilverman it’s nice so far. Finally was able to get in. Yesterday was a $h!t show I guess with all the new users. Still finding my way around this app. But so far it’s a nice alternative.
‘Tis a bit confusing at first, but I like it, so far!
@dsilverman Hi! Scaling up for a surge of new users takes some time. Remember the ole Fail Wale days?
CoSo is different...in very interesting ways. You will see.
However frequent your mingling here...WELCOME!
@dsilverman Have you looked at micro.blog ? I like it but I haven’t found many people there yet.
@dsilverman I like it 🤩
