They’re saying we may get some sun this afternoon 🤞. We need a couple of nice days so we can get the carrots out of the garden.

Hubby dug all ours and we have a lot of nice carrots.

I will probably make a pot of veggie beef soup today to use some up.

Stew sounds good to me. Menu change here hubby wanted to do a roasting pan full of veggies from cold room. We went out got a cauliflower and celery he is cutting up yam, butternut squash and apples for th roasting pan, carrots and potatoes that will be vegetarian dinner and I may make leftovers in soup or we will just eat them.

We travel a lot for hockey prefer Red Deer out of bounds time wise travel.
