Good morning coso
β almost afternoon.
Busy morning for me I got a cortisone injection directly into my hip this time. I hope it works.
How goes your day ours is sunny and bright only 10C but I will be outside some of the time.
The first two really helped I have not had one direct to hip hopefully i t will solve the one unresolved problem.
