My hubby overplanted tomato plants and now we have an excess of cherry and yellow pear tomatoes.
Anyone here do anything with cherry tomatoes?
Interesting never heard of pickled tomatoes will check that out thanks.
@disk4mat I dunno. throw them at stuff? make art? eviscerate the proletariat? etc.
@disk4mat pickle them (look up Russian pickled tomatoes). you can use them for sauce just like regular tomatoes too

Roast them until soft. Toss in a bit of olive oil and herbs to your liking. Hit that with a stick blender until sauce.
