Yes, SCOTUS is the one delaying Chutkan from even looking at a calendar. Between Cannon and SCOTUS Trump may never face a court.
@disk4mat There was never any doubt in my mind that would be their best defense. But the fact that the Supreme Court has been sitting on their hands so far, makes me queasy.
