@BenA Bluesky is doing a decent job at looking like Twitter and is hosting most of the accounts that fled to Mastodon but didn't like it there. Bluesky is also going to become federated and allow "feeds" that function like other instances. This site is better but for the average tweeter Bluesky will feel the most familiar.
@MookyTroubadour I wondered this, too. I'm guessing maybe she doesn't remember much or it's something embarrassing that the family doesn't want made public, or she doesn't want to deal with all the people who will swarm out of the woodwork and ask her about it. If it's seriously traumatic, it's doubtful that she wants to talk about it, especially with reporters.

@anniecoughlin I've read they don't like soapy water, so maybe a few peppermint essential oil drops in some and sprayed near entry points might work?
