I have tried everything. I am a COSOPRO subscriber. I would like to access COSO On-Demand. When I click on the link, Iget the message that I have to "UPGRADE to COSO PRO" What next? I am using BRAVE browser. Thank you in advance...
@mcfate I'm in a ZOOM meeting and will get back to everyone...thank you!
@mcfate OK Firefox works, but hen I get this:
There seems to be a problem adding the video-file to the player. This is most likely due to a codec-problem. Try converting it to a compatible HTML5 codec, remove the currently attached file and re-add it. If the codecs are fine, check the error log of the server and the base URL in the settings.
Okay, that's probably good information; any resolution is above my pay grade, but let's pass it on.
Brave is basically Chrome; do you have actual Chrome, and if so, does it behave like Brave does? Any other browser options?
Okay, So for COSO to function you need to disable Brave Shield, and any other browser ad-blocking extensions.
COSO On-Demand is still in BETA and some movies may sporadically give that CODEC issue, than sporadically work just fine minutes later. Thats the nature of the BETA right now.

@th3j35t3r @mcfate Thank you! Will do.
Oh, right. I'd forgotten I had to do that to get things working there.
I'm almost always in Firefox, haven't seen this codec issue, though.

Brave is my "throw away the browsing data to get around paywalls" browser.
@desertron logout. Delete cookie on browser. Relog
Try clicking on the Counter Social banner above the posting form immediately before clicking the link. There were I've had to do that to get the pro cookie reset properly to access some of the pro features.
@desertron Do you have another browser you can try to see if that's the issue?
I find Firefox to be excellent and have very few issues. On demand works particularly well, even while Folding@Home.
@desertron
Could you try it in Firefox and tell me whether it works there?
