@dauphin87 yes there's a lot of smoke, but i think that's from the firing operations in the grassy areas to contain it & box it in. otherwise it's been a low-intensity #goodfire, like the good ole' days, that has mostly been backing & therefore not harming the #GiantSequoia groves as it reaches them. If all continues to go well, hoping this will be studied as a very effective, beneficial management plan for #wildfires with exceptional incident command.
@peeppeepcircus yeah I watched their video report the other day and it appears that they have been able to do pretty much everything they've planned to do to manage this fire.
