It's awesome to see so many women involved in science and technology. It's a shame it took so long to be more inclusive and to encourage participation in a field such as this regardless of gender.

The first compiler was created by Grace Hopper and the first computer program by Ada Lovelace. Women were always there making it happen and thank God for it. Outstanding
"More inclusive" is very much a relative thing, and if you ask women is STEM fields, we've still got a LONG way to go.
